| On the top floor is a self-contained flat with stunning views over the River Dart and out to sea. The flat has a large double bed and en-suite facilities including shower, bidet and double sinks. There is a fully equipped kitchen area, including laundry facilities, large dining area, LCD TV, stereo and DVD player. Not only does the balcony offer stunning views of the Dart estuary, but also allows visitors to experience the bustling heart of Dartmouth from up high, and to see the sun rise over beautiful Kingswear, across the river from Dartmouth. The flat has a tasteful nautical theme. |

On the floor below we have 2 B&B rooms. The first is a large private double room with en-suite shower room, fridge, LCD TV, stereo and DVD player. There is also a cot provided. The second room is a twin bunkroom with en-suite shower and LCD TV. Both rooms are decorated in a fresh, bright style, incorporating artwork by local artists. Complementary tea and coffee is provided in the rooms. |

| Breakfast or brunch can be taken downstairs in the café at your leisure. A combination of the two B&B rooms with or without the self-catering flat would be ideal for families, sleeping up to 6, plus a cot. |
